Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused and in the Original condition that you received them.
- Original packaging must be included with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Damage caused during installation is not considered as product deficiency and will not be accepted.
- Must include proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.).
- Restocking fees MAY apply.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us, along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for all shipping.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- In some cases, banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
Partial Refunds May Be Issued:
- If the item is not in its original condition
- If it is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- If it is returned outside the approved return window
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.
To request an exchange, please get in touch with us within 3 Business days with your order number and issue. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the damage/defect and packaging.
- We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, based on your preference and product availability.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order if they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process above.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your bank or credit card company; processing can take several business days.
